Operation of this system would be conducted under DTSC oversight. <br /> Refer to Chapter 1,Project Description, for a more detailed description of the proposed project. <br /> 9. Surrounding Land Uses and Setting: The project site is located in a developed area and is <br /> surrounded primarily by light industrial and commercial uses within unincorporated San Mateo <br /> County. <br /> 10. Other agencies whose approval is required: The County of San Mateo and DTSC are <br /> Responsible Agencies and will also review the environmental document.A Conditional Use <br /> Permit from the County is also required to allow the school use. DTSC will oversee <br /> implementation of the Work Plan and operation of the sub-slab depressurization system.
