The project site is located within an existing urban environment <br /> and would not result in: the extension of infrastructure into an undeveloped area,the development of <br /> urban uses on a previously undeveloped greenfield site,or other physical changes that would result in <br /> the conversion of farmland to non-agricultural uses or forest land to non-forest uses. The main purpose of an air quality plan is to bring an area <br /> into compliance with the requirements of federal and State air quality standards. <br /> The project site is located within the San Francisco Bay Area Air Basin and is within the jurisdiction <br /> of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District(BAAQMD). The BAAQMD is responsible for <br /> developing a Clean Air Plan that guides the region's air quality planning efforts to attain the <br /> California Ambient Air Quality Standard(CAAQS).
