Schools should be in Residential <br /> neighborhoods. As planners we separate residential and commercial <br /> districts for a multiple amount of reasons, and one main reason is for <br /> safety. <br /> The (_"ECA document that should be done, is being shortened by trying to <br /> do a Mitigated Negative Declaration, that does not have all of the facts, and <br /> answers necessary for the health and safety of others in this overcrowded <br /> very busy, and dangers commercial neighborhood. <br /> am still trying to figure out how, during normal operations of the school, <br /> during any type of fire or earthquake safety drill, getting 480 students, 40 <br /> teachers with at least 6 support staff, (526 body's) out into the play / <br /> parking area safely. There is not enough room for everybody to be clear of <br /> the building, safe and out of harm's way. <br /> You have received a letter from my Lawyer with many more reasons why <br /> this project should be, 1 ) denied or at least 2) sent back for a full EIR. <br /> Dave Tanner <br /> /l <br /> �' f <br />
