Deliverables include the following for each of the four projects to meet the grant submission deadline of November 1St 2017: • Benefit-Cost Analysis Narrative Report documenting the benefit-cost analysis approach , assumptions and data inputs. • FEMA Benefit-Cost Analysis Report, exported from the FEMA BCA software. • FEMA BCA Export File from the FEMA BCA software. • Update G&E Engineering Systems reports for the three water tanks. Cost Estimate The estimated level of effort for the Consultant is 160 hours, an average of 40 hours per project, although the effort will likely vary between the projects. The billing rate for Kenneth Goettel's professional time is $210.00 per hour. For John Eidinger (G&E Engineering Systems Inc. ) , a subcontractor to Goettel & Associates Inc. , the cost estimate is $4 , 000 at a billing rate of $244. 00 per hour. No travel is anticipated for this project and no other direct costs will be billed to this project. Total not-to-exceed amount: $37,600. As always, Consultant will complete the project with the minimum number of hours of professional time commensurate with generating robust, credible documentation to maximize the likelihood of FEMA grant awards.
