RESOLUTION RD -04 -03 OF THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING, IF REQUIRED, MATCHING FUNDING OF UP TO $2,076,799 FOR A CALIFORNIA CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL ENDOWMENT GRANT FOR THE FACADE RESTORATION OF THE SAN MATEO COUNTY HISTORIC COURTHOUSE; AND TO APPOINT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR HIS DESIGNEE AS AGENT FOR THE AGENCY TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION RELATED TO THE PROGRAMMING OF FUNDS AND PAYMENT REQUESTS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THIS RESOLUTION M/S Foust/Hartnett to adjourn the Redevelopment Agency meeting. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. 6. STAFF REPORTS A. Redwood City Recycled Water Project — Production and Delivery of Recycled Water (802) Public Works Services Director Ingram gave a presentation to bring Council up to date on activities since the last meeting on the topic. Council Members asked various questions of staff. Recommendation: M/S Howard /Ruskin to: 1. Approve engineering plans and specifications titled Redwood City Recycled Water Project, Phase 1, Plans for the construction of SBSA Facilities Project — Disinfection, Storage, and Pumping 2. Request that the SBSA Commission approve aforementioned plans and specifications and authorize the call for bids, pursuant to the recently - approved Agreement for Production and Delivery of Recycled Water (`Agreement') between the South Bayside System Authority and the City of Redwood City The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote.
