Grantor is the owner of that certain real property located in the City of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated by this reference (the "District Property"). <br />B. Grantee is the owner of that certain real property located in the City of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, as more particularly described in Exhibit `B," attached <br />hereto and incorporated by this reference (the "City Property"), <br />C. The parking area located on City Property is located adjacent to the District Property <br />and is improved with street lights (the "Lights"). <br />D. The Lights and improvements related thereto are located in whole or in part as <br />District Property. <br />E. Grantee has requested an easement from Grantor for the purpose of operating, <br />repairing, replacing, and maintaining the Lights and improvements related thereto, including, but <br />not limited to, wires, conduits, boxes, stands, in, upon, under, over, across, and through that <br />certain and limited portion of the southerly portion of the area of an easement described in <br />Exhibit "C,," attached hereto, and depicted on Exhibit "C2," attached hereto, both Exhibits being <br />incorporated by this reference, and including the right of ingress and egress in connection <br />therewith. <br />Deed -028 <br />
