MAY -26-00 FRI 08!13 AM n <br />FAX N0. q P• 08 <br />� <br />UPLINATE 5/17199 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13636 <br />RESOLUTION SUMMARILY VACATING RIGHT-OF-WAY AND <br />EASEMENTS; DEDICATING ACCESS EASEMENT TO THE <br />STATE; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK 70 ACCEPT THE <br />GRANT DEED AND GRANT OF EASEMENT DEED IN <br />EXCHANGE THEREFOR; AND TO FILE SAID GRANT DEED <br />AND THE EASEMENT DEED FOR RECORDATION <br />(SHORT=S CENTER UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with <br />18330), Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California, this Council may summarily vacate right-of-way and easements, if <br />such right-of-way and easements have been superseded by relocation and that <br />I there are no other public facilities located within said right-nf-way and <br />easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the right-of-way and easements as shown on Exhibits "A1" ; <br />through "A4" and "Bi" through "134" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />I <br />incorporated herein, are no longer required for public uses provided that said <br />I right-of-way and easements are relocated; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Is willing to dedicate a 50 -foot access easement as <br />described on Exhibit "AB' and depicted on Exhibit "BS" hereof, attached hereto <br />and by the reference Incorporated herein to the State of California; <br />WHEREAS, the Owners of record of the properties affected thereby, <br />propose to convey to the City of Redwood City the grant deed and grant of <br />txs dot <br />F:"h�reAkeBWopolcoundl <br />
