This Council hereby finds that those certain right-of-way and <br />easements described on Exhibits 'Al' through "A4" and depicted an Exhibits <br />461" Through 4134" respectively, with the desighatlon,•"Description for Vacation of <br />Right -4f --Way" (recorded Document No. 3 O.R. 359), Description of Vacation of <br />Public Utilities basement' (portion of recorded Document No. 4104 O,R. 497), <br />'Description of Vacation of Road License' (portion of recorded Document No. <br />5399 O.R. 579), and 'Description of Vacation of Drainage and Access <br />FasemenP (portion of recorded Document Nos. 2491 O.R. 130 and 4104 O.R. <br />497) have been superseded by relocation, there are no other public facilities <br />located within said right-of-way and easements, and said 'right-of-way and <br />easements shall be, and are•hereby ordered, vacated. <br />2, This Council hereby finds that it Is willing to dedicate to the State of <br />California a 50 -foot access easement as desefibed on Exhibit 'AS" and depicted <br />Raw -01 <br />FX5:dk <br />F�h�Isdhmf woountil <br />Owl" <br />2 <br />13636 <br />MWIR, <br />
