Matters of Council Interest e. Mayor Greenalch announced the death of Timothy Kelly, business agent for the Painters Union, stating he would ask Council to adjourn in his memory. Mayor Greenalch also reported attending the groundbreaking of the new medical office building on Brewster which is expected to open in February 1989. Mayor Greenalch noted that the Council of Mayors will select the four city representati ves to the new Transportation Advisory Committee at their meeting on July 14.
