Mrs. Case also said that there is an error in the <br />findings in item 4. as follows: the property should be designated "R -1" not <br />"R -H" and that finding 12. should be changed, deleting the lines after "Subject <br />Property" in line 6 and inserting "and not take advantage of an existing low <br />density usage reflective of 'changes in social patterns'." <br />M/S : Stangel /Clai re to waive reading of the Consent Calendar, adopt the <br />resolutions and approve other itens as corrected. <br />Carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />3.
