6.1.13. -Page 21 Analyses on system samples are required for monitoring and compliance under various federal and state regulations. All analyses must be performed in accordance with standards and procedures set forth by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), California Code of Regulations, and State Water Resources Control Board guidelines. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for laboratory analyses of drinking water, recycled water, storm water, lagoons, groundwater and other samples. A. Courier Service Contractor will provide delivery and pickup of prepared sample bottles/containers and chain of custody forms to and from PWS (1400 Broadway Street, Redwood City, CA 94063). Depending on the type of sample, sample delivery and pick-up may be regularly scheduled or requested on an as - needed basis. Contractor will provide all necessary transport containers and ice to preserve samples. Samples will need to be delivered and picked -up Mondays through Fridays, between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Contractor must also be available to pick-up samples within twenty -four-hour notice, and deliver samples no later than seventy-two hours after receiving a request. B. Notification of Sample Results Timely electronic reports of sample results must be provided to PWS, especially for drinking water analyses reports in order for PWS to meet regulatory reporting deadlines. For example, drinking water results must be delivered by the 511 of each month in order for PWS to submit monthly reports by the 10tH The City may request expedited analyses and reporting as needed to meet regulatory reporting due dates. Please provide a copy of a standard results report and standard reporting timelines with the bid submission. Contractor will be required to upload drinking water and recycled water sample results online to the City's WaterTrax account. In the event that sample results exceed regulatory guidelines, Contractor will follow the State Water Resources Control Board's Division of Drinking Water (SWRCB DDW) procedures for notification. C. Electronic Data Transfer Contractor must be able to submit regulatory results electronically to the SWRCB DDW through Electronic Data Transfer (EDT). D.
