EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant will conduct all of the following: <br /> Task No. 1 - Preliminary Investigation & Conceptual Design : <br /> a. Review preliminary project design plans. <br /> b. Site visit to establish existing conditions. <br /> c. Review requirements that pertain to the new electrical design work. <br /> d . ( 1 ) Meetings with design team . <br /> e. Provide Analysis and documentation regarding electrical system within the <br /> project area and provide assessment of their impact regarding the project <br /> design . <br /> f. Provide Conceptual Design drawings for review. <br /> g. Preliminary Cost estimate. <br /> Task No.2 - Construction Documents: <br /> a. Meeting with design team to discuss comments from Conceptual Design. <br /> b. Load Calculations and Single Line Diagram. <br /> c. Electrical Service and Distribution . <br /> d. Lighting Plan and Control Design . <br /> e. Power Plans . <br /> f. Title 24 Lighting Calculations. <br /> g. Coordination with T-24 Certified Lighting Controls Acceptance Test <br /> Technician . <br /> h. Green Building Standards Code Compliance Assistance for required <br /> measures. <br /> i. Electrical Specifications. <br /> j. Opinion of Probable Costs for the electrical work. <br /> k. Submit 95% progress set in PDF format. <br /> I. Incorporate comments from 95% submittal . <br /> m . Finalize 100% Construction Documents. <br /> n . Submit 100% set in PDF format with electronic signatures. <br /> Task No.3 - Bid Support: <br /> a. Answer bidder questions and provide written addenda as required . <br /> Task No.4 - Construction Support Services : <br /> a. Attend one pre-construction meeting . <br /> b. Review electrical equipment submittals and provide feedback <br /> c. Review and respond to RFI 's. <br /> d . Provide clarification drawings as required . <br /> e. Conduct one site walk and provide punch list report. <br /> f.
