Stangel <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CALL TO ORDER - 7:35 p.m., Mayor Greenalch presiding <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers <br />401 Marshall Street <br />August 22, 1988 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />Councilmen present: Buchan, Bury, LaBerge, Murray, Stangel and Mayor Greenalch <br />Councilmen absent: Claire <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Hildebrand and Pawloski, <br />Patterson, Church, Light, Hamilton <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Councilwoman Buchan <br />INVOCATION - Pastor Daniel Vasquez <br />Church of the Open Door <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - City Council 8/8/88 <br />Study Session 8/11/88 <br />M /S: Stangel /LaBerge to approve the subject Minutes as submitted. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, Mayor Greenalch abstaining and Councilman <br />Murray abstaining on the minutes for August 8, 1988. <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />None <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />a. Sylvia Collier, 1759 Kansas Street, read a statement regarding a possible <br />future drainage problem on her property which may have been created by the <br />new development on Sycamore Street behind her. Ms. Collier requested on <br />behalf of her neighbors that an agreement between the neighbors and the City <br />be recorded to the effect that the City will take care of any drainage <br />problems, if a problem occurs.
