3. USE OF FUNDS. Chamber shall use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibit "A" <br /> (Contract Objectives) attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br /> 4.
