STAFFORD HOUSE, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, AS A HISTORIC LANDMARK <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City the Historic Resources Advisory Committee <br />presented an application, (and documents in support of said application), to the <br />Planning Commission requesting the designaÌion of the hereinafter described <br />parcels or parts thereof as a historic landmark; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon reviewing said application <br />and documents, and upon the testimony received at its noticed public hearing <br />held upon said Committee's requested designation, has recommended that the <br />following parcel or parts thereof be designated as a historic landmark: <br />1. "The Daniel R.
