This Council, upon consideration of the documents, referenced in <br />Exhibit "A", (attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference), the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and testimony received at the <br />Council's noticed public hearing upon said requested designation, does hereby <br />designate the parcel or parts thereof shown on Exhibit "A" as a historic landmark. <br />2.
