The undersigned is authorized to execute this Tenant Estoppel Certificate <br /> on behalf of Tenant. <br /> Tenant understands and acknowledges that Lender is about to make a loan (the "Loan") to <br /> Landlord and receive as part of the security for such loan a mortgage (the "Mortgage") <br /> encumbering Landlord's interest in the Center and an assignment of leases and rents (the <br /> "Assignment of Rents") assigning the rents, issues and profits of the Lease and that Lender is <br /> relying upon the representations contained herein in making such Loan.
