<br />Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />City will pJovide all services r!3quired for the Program including, but not limited to, the <br />following: <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Provide administrative support and program supplies. <br /> <br />Provide after school programs three (3) hours per day, five (5) days per week, <br />throughout the school year to the conclusion of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Provide supervision for open multi-purpose drop-in programs at Fair Oaks and <br />Hoover schools during evening hours. <br /> <br />Provide Red Morton Community Center membership for families with students <br />attending John Gill and Hawes schools. <br /> <br />Conduct after school program reporting and evaluation. <br /> <br />Develop after school program sustainability plan. <br /> <br />Hire one administrative clerk. <br /> <br />Hire one site coordinator and up to six recreation leaders per site. <br /> <br />Hire program staff to conduct evaluation and resource development. <br /> <br />F:AttyAgr/Agr.154 <br />081503 <br /> <br />5 <br />
