To follow up, FTB
and our team of design and engineering subconsultants have prepared this Scope of Services to
carry out design development, construction documents, and construction phase services for the
installation of these Cinema Streetscape improvements. The major subconsultants include Slooten
Consulting, Inc. serving as civil engineering subconsultant; Singer Fukushima Evans (SFE) as
landscape architecture subconsultant; Rempel+Lao Architects as architecture subconsultant;
Architectural Lighting Design as lighting consultant; and Redwood City Electric as electrical
engineering subconsultant.
The project area consists of the following:
1. The full public right-of-way of Theatre Way (formerly Middlefield Road) between Broadway
Street and Winslow Street.
2. The full public right-of-way of Broadway Street between Theatre Way/Middlefield Road and
Jefferson Avenue, including the two flanking intersections and associated street conforms.
,-,.
