<br />Cinema Streetscape 8 <br />PHASE III - CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br />Task 1. Allowance to assist City in responding to RFl's from Wentz Group <br />This task provides an allowance for the FTB project manager to receive and review RFI's <br />distributed between the City's RFI point of contact, and members of the FTB project team. It <br />also provides for involvement of the FTB project manager should comments and/or clarification <br />become necessary. <br />Task 2. Allowance to assist City in responding to Submittals from Wentz Group <br />This task provides an allowance for the FTB project manager to receive and review Submittals <br />distributed between the City's Submittal point of contact, the General Contractor, and members <br />of the FTB project team. It further provides for involvement of the FTB project manager should <br />comments and lor clarification become necessary. <br />Task 3. Attend on-site meetings per request (up to 6; half w/ Principal) <br />Task 4. Attend final punch list site inspection <br />Task 5. Draft memorandum regarding inspection and distribute to team and City staff <br />Task 6. Phase III Project Management & Documentation <br />This task provides an allowance for project management tasks such as project documentation, <br />invoicing, and record keeping corresponding to tasks to be perfonned in Phase III. <br />ON- GOING CINEMA PROJECT COORDINATION <br />Task 1. On going Coordination with On' Broadway Team <br />This task provides an allowance for a member or members of the FTB project team to coordinate <br />issues of scheduling or design with members of the On Broadway Team. This allowance will <br />cover all coordination meetings as well as any correspondence between the design teams. <br />CINEMA-RELATED SERVICES PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF CITY STAFF <br />11/03 - 3/04 <br />The following tasks were perfonned at the request of City Staff between the months of <br />November, 2003 and March, 2004. At the request of Staff, FTB has incorporated the fees for <br />these services into Appendix A of the attached Budget Spread Sheet for this Design Development <br />and Construction Documents phase of the Cinema Streetscape Project. <br />Task 1.
