Public Hearing - Application for House Moving Permit <br />- one story, single - family dwelling from 1112 E1 <br />Camino Real to 420 Heller Street - Guadalupe Ruiz, <br />applicant (707 -05) <br />Affidavit of Mailing of Notice of Hearing on file. <br />Report: Community Development Director 9/6/88 <br />In response to question, Planning Director Patterson said that the house will <br />be moved to an historic district and described the Building and Planning <br />Division requirements for the building at the new location. <br />Mayor Greenalch declared the public hearing open at 8:25 p.m. and invited <br />anyone present who wished to speak to do so. No one wished to speak. <br />M /s: Claire /Buchan to close the public hearing. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and public hearing closed at 8:26 p.m. <br />M /S: Claire /Buchan to issue House Moving Permit to Guadalupe Ruiz for <br />building at 1112 E1 Camino Real to be moved to 420 Heller Street subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall obtain a variance to allow a single carport where two <br />covered parking spaces are required, or the applicant shall redesign <br />and modify the building to comply with the current zoning ordinance. <br />2. The Applicant shall obtain an architectural permit in accordance with <br />Article 45 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. The applicant shall deposit $482.00 to cover the cost of providing City <br />personnel to facilitate the building move (two police officers for <br />traffic control.) <br />4. The applicant shall secure building permits for the new foundation, <br />proposed alterations, and new carport. <br />5. The applicant shall submit a minimum $1,000. bond to assure compliance <br />with the terms of the moving permit. <br />6.
