a. Facilities that have filed a Notice of Intent (NOI) for coverage under the California <br />Industrial Stonnwater NPDES General Permit <br />b. Facilities previously inspected that show a high potential for pollutant exposure <br />without BMPs <br />c. Facilities previously inspected that, on the most recently completed inspection, have <br />had a non-stormwater discharge that is not allowed by the STOPPP NPDES permit. <br />3. COUNTY will respond to complaints or referrals from other agencies about a facility. <br />II. Inspection preparation <br />1. COUNTY will ensure that its facility inspectors are adequately trained. <br />2. COUNTY staff will attend General Program Inspector training workshops <br />III. Inspections <br />1. COUNTY will perform the inspections under this agreement in accordance with the <br />inspection guidelines developed by the GENERAL PROGRAM. <br />2. COUNTY will conduct these inspections during COUNTY's other routine inspections <br />such that the amount of time each business will be contacted will be kept to a minimum <br />IV. Achieving Facility Compliance <br />1. COUNTY staff will be responsible for addressing, through the COUNTY's regulatory <br />process, any stormwater quality problems that are associated with the handling of <br />hazardous materials and hazardous wastes, the exposure of these materials to rainfall, or <br />the discharge of wastes or washwaters from retail food facilities <br />2. CITY will be responsible for addressing, through the CITY's regulatory process, any <br />stormwater quality problems that are not covered in section IV. 1., above. <br />3. COUNTY will provide written inspection reports to the CITY on a quarterly basis and <br />will notify CITY promptly about any stormwater pollution problems that require CITY <br />assistance or lead in resolving. <br />
