<br />Roil Cali. Present Trustees, President Geo. A. Merrill, Robt. Brown, C. J. Hynding.
<br />Town'Clerk G. C. Plump. Absent, Trustee Carl Beeger.
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that bid of McGarvey,Hess & Kreiss,for
<br />grading and macadamizing in Assessment District No. 13,be accepted and contract entered
<br />into'for performance of work. Motion carried by the following vote. Ayes, Trustees,Brown,
<br />Hynding,Merrill. Noes, Trustees None. Absent,Trustee Beeger.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seeonded by Trustee Brown,moved that bid of T.C.Rice,for curbing and
<br />sidewalks In Assessment District No. 13,be accepted and contract entered into for perform-
<br />ance of work. Motion carried by the following vote: Ayes ,Trustees, Brown ,Hynding9 Mer-
<br />rill. Noes,Trustees None. Absent,Trustee Beeger.

<br />Assessment District No. 13,be returned. Motion carried.

<br />of acceptance of their bids., Motion carried.

<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that United Gas & Electric Co. be
<br />granted permission to open County Road for gas main from Harrison Avenue 370 feet north-
<br />ward. Motion carried.
