<br />Whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood CitY,did,on the 7th day of March,

<br />1910,at a regular, meeting of said Board,pass and adopt a resolufion determining that the
<br />"Municipal Improvement Bonds"' of said Town,in the amount of Forty Two Thousand Five Hun-

<br />dred ($42,500) Dollars,being the bonds Issued for certain municipal improvements iri said
<br />Town in pursuance of a special election held in said Town on the 15th day of February,1910

<br />be sold,on the 4th day of April,1910,at the hour of 8 o'clocK p.m. of that day and did,in
<br />said resolution, order and direct the Clerk 'of the Town of 1edw0od City to give and publish
<br />t
<br />a notice of the sale of said bonds,said notice to be published for two weeks in the "Red-
<br />wood City Democrat"weekly newspaper published and printed in said Town and did,in said
<br />,a
<br />resolution. direct and instruct said Clerk to notify the State Board of Examiners and the
<br />rpt
<br />State Treasurer of the State of California,at the Capitol,at Sacramento,of the issuance add
<br />sale of said bond.s,in the manner required by the provisions of Section 681 of the Political
<br />i;
<br />Code of the State of California; and
<br />Whereas it appears to said Board of Trustees that the Clerk of said Town has duly given
<br />and caused to be published the said notice of the sale of said bonds in all respects as re-
<br />sJ:
<br />quired by the resolution of said Board,and that said notice was duly published in said
<br />"Redwood City Democrat" on the 17th, 24th and 31st days of ,March,1910;,and

<br />whereas it further appears to said Heard of Trustees that the clerk of said Town has
<br />duly notified the State Board of Examiners and State Treasurer of the State c9f California,
