whereas this is the time and place Which, In said resolution and notice ,Is fixed for the sale of said bonds,and said Board having received a bid from Wm R. Staats Co, offer_ Ing to take all of said bonds and to pay therefor the sum of par,accrued interest to date �of delivery. and a premium of twenty eight hundred and eighty nine ($209) dollars,and which said bid of Wm.R.Staats Co. ,appearing to said Board to be the highest and best bid for said bonds; Now,therefore,be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the bid of Wm R. Staats Co.for the Whole issue of said "Municipal Improvement Bonds" of said Town be,and the same Is hereby accepted,and that the said "Municipal -Improvement Bonds" of said Town,numbe red from one (1) to eighty (80),both numbers Inclusive ,a ggregat- ?,ng Forty two thousand five hundred ($42,500.00) dollars be,and they are hereby sold to Wm R. Staats Co.for the sum of par,aecrued interest to date of delivery and a premium of twenty eight hundred and eighty nine ($2889) dollars and Be it further resolved that the Treasurer of said Town,upon the payment of said sum of par,accrued interest to date of delivery and a premium of twenty eight hundred and eighty nine (02889) dollars,into the Town Treasury of said Town by said WX R.Staats 00. be,and he IS hereby directed to dell -ver the said "Municipal Improvement Bonds" to said Wm R.Staats I Co. Trustee Hynding seconds the resolution. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees bf the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 4th day of Apri1,1910 by the following vote; Ayes,ancL in favor of the passage of said resolution; Trustees Beeger, Brown, HYnding,Merrill.
