<br />for the purpose of maintaining the Public Library Of said Town of Redwood City,be,and the
<br />same is herebY,fixed at nine (9) cents; and
<br />Be It Further Resolved,that the rate of taxes for the fiscal year 1909-19109upon each
<br />one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property in said Town of Redwood City,
<br />as said Town of Redwood City existed prior to the 28th day of May,1903,for the purpose of
<br />the payment of the bonded indebtedness of said Town of Redwood. City,to-Kit ,for the payment
<br />of the sewer bonds of said Town of Redwood City,falling due and becoming payable during
<br />said fiscal year,together with the interest thereon,be,and the same is hereby fixed at
<br />twenty-six (26) cents; and
<br />Be It Further Resolved,that the rate of taxes for the fiscal year 1909-1910,upoin each
<br />one -hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property in said Town of Redwood City,
<br />as spid Town of Redwood City existed prior to the 28th day of May,1903,for the purpose of
<br />the payment of the bonded indebtedness of said Town of Redwood City to -wit ,for the payment
<br />of the water bonds of said Town of Redwood 01ty9falling due and becoming payable during
<br />said fiscal year,together with the interest thereon,be,and the same is hereby,fixed at
<br />six (6) cents and five (5) mills; and
<br />Be It Further Resolved,that the rate of taxes for the fiscal Year 1909-1910,upon each
<br />one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property in th8: Town of Redwood City,
<br />as said Town of Redwood City existed prior to the 28th day of May,1903,for the purpose of
<br />the payment of the bonded indebtedness of said Town of Redwood City,to-wit,for the payment
<br />of the electric light bonds of said Town of Redwood City,falling due and becoming payable
<br />during said fiscal Year,together with the interest thereon,be,and the same is hereby,fixed
<br />at three (3) cents and five (5) mills; .and
<br />Be It Further Resolved,that the total rate of taxes upon each one hundred dollars of
<br />the assessed valuation of the property in said Town of Redwood City,as said Town existed
<br />prior to the 28th day Of MaY,1903,for all purposes,be,and the same is hereby,fixed at
<br />one (1) dollar and seventy-one (71) cents; and
<br />Be It Further Resolved,that the total rate of taxes upon each one hundred dollars of
<br />the assessed valuation of the property in the territory annexed to said Town of Redwood
<br />'City on the 28th day of M8791903,for all parposes,be,and the same is hereby fixed at
<br />one (1) dollar and thirty-five (35) cents; and
<br />be It Further Resolved,that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the County
<br />Auditor of the County of Ban Mateo,8tate of California.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City this 7th day
<br />Of 8eptember,1909,by the following vote;
