• 8 , 1)YFyif�,. approved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City now in force and relating to the use by the said Town of Redwood City of poles belonging to the Consolidated Light and power Company ,Peninsula Lighting Company;the United Gas and Electric Company and the Pa- cific Gas and Electric Company in connection with the electric lighting affairs of said To7n; and also grantii.g to the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company the right to main- tain upon certain poles of the said Town's electric lighting system on Roosevelt Avenue lines,wires and transformers of the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company upon the terms set forth in said agreement; and That the Clerk of the said Town of Redwood City be and he is hereby authorIZed and di- rected to attest by his signature and the seal of the said Town the execution of the said instrument in writing which shall be executed by the said President of the Board of Trus- tees under and pursuant to this resolution. Passed. and adopted by. the. Board: of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 22nd day of August,1910,by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of said resolution: Trustees Brown, HYnding, Sampson, Merrill. Noes and against the passage of said resolution: Trustees None. Absent TrusteeBeeger. Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that the Clerk communicate with the United Gas and Electric Company and the Pacific, Telephone CompanY,asking if the City would be allowed the privilege of using their poles for Fire Alarm system to ,be installed by the City. Notion carried. It was the sense of the Board that hereafter persbna.desirlhg to move houses over the streets of the City should first secure a permit from the Board of Trustees.
