0 tric btreet lighting system and to convey the same to the said Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAs the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company has constructed the said street lighting system with a few slight changes and variations as to the location of the same which have been consented to and approved by the said Town of Redwood City and its engin- �a eer; and WHEREAS all of the materials furnished and the work done in constructing the said system are strictly in accordance with the plans and specifications Which are annexed to the said agreement,marked Exhibit "B" and made a part thereof and the said system has. been approved by the said engineer as constructed upon those portions of the said streets and highways of the -said Town of Redwood. City which are shown and delineated by red lines upon the map which is annexed to said agreement,marked Exhibit "A" and made a part thereof,ex- cept in so far as the same have been varied and changed by mutual consent of the parties as hereinbefore set forth ; and V WHEREAS the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company did in and by the said agreement quil claim and release unto the said Town of Redwood City all of the interests of the former in ,'. and to the street lighting system then constructed upon those portions of the streets and highways of, the said Town uhidh are shMM and delineated by blue lines upon the map Which is annexed to said agreement and marked Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS the said Town of Redwood City did in and by said agreement promise to quit- claim unto the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company all of the rights titles and inter- ests of the Town of Redwood City in and to the electric pole and wire system of said Town other than those portions thereof constructed and to be constructed upon those portions of said streets and highways which are shown and delineated by red and blue lines upon said map marked Exhibit "A",upon acceptance by the said Town expressed by resolution of its Board of Trustees of the lighting system to be constructed for it by the said Pacific Gas 4'r and Electric Company as provided in said agreeldent; and WHEREAS the said Town of Redwood City in and by said agreement also promised to grant to the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company the right to maintain upon certain poles of i the former certain wires and transformers as therein more particulcrly'set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLMM by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the said street lighting system as heretofore constructed by the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company under and pursuant to the terms of the said agreement, as varied and chang- ed by the mutual consent of the said parties as hereinbefore reci.,ted,be and the some is hereby accepted and approved,and that the President of the Board of Trustees of the said Town of Redwood City be and he is hereby► authorized and directed,for and on its behalf and In Its name,to execute,acknowledge and deliver to the said Pacific Gks and Electric COm- panY,upnn receiving from the latter a good and sufficient deed conveying the said stree t lighting system constructed as aforesaid to said Town,a good and suffieient instrument in writing Emising,.releasing and forever quitclaiming unto the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company all of the rights,titles and interests of the said Town of Redwood City in and to all of the electric pole -and wire system of the said Town of Redwood City other than those Portions thereof constructed upon those portions of said streets and highways Which are shown and delineated by red and blue lines,except as varied and changed by the mutual con- sent of the said parties hereinbefore set forth,upon said map marked Exhibit ",A",subject, however,to all valid orders, resolutions ,permits,ordinances and contracts passed,adopted and
