<br />President Merrill presented pamphlets from the Government and New Jersy authorities
<br />on extermination of mosquitoes. Same was referred to the Committee on Publlc�Health and
<br />the Board of Health.
<br />The City Attorney reported receipt of deed from the'Tacoma Mill Company to the Town of
<br />Redwood City-

<br />Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Brown,moved same be accepted. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Sampson presented the following resolution and moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLVED,, that the people of the Town of Redwood City through their Board of
<br />Trustees express to Mr IV. H. Hanson of the Tacoma Mill Company their deep appreciation and
<br />thanks for giving to the Town of Redwood City a right of way for the extension of East
<br />Bradford street to Main Street and for donating to said Town of Redwood City all the lumber
<br />for building; the lift bridge across Redwood Creek at East Bradford Street,and
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be spread on the minutes of this
<br />Board and a copy thereof sent to Mr Hanson.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of.Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said Board held on the 3rd day of Oetober,1910,bY the following vote:
<br />Ayes Trustees ,Beeger,Brown, Sampson ,Merrill.
<br />Noes Trustees, None. Absent Trustee,Hynding.
<br />Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Brown moved that the Board extend its thanks to
<br />S.H.Frank Company and to William Holder .for donation of land for the East Bradford Street
<br />Bridge. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Brown,seconded by Trustee Sampson presented the following resolution and moved
<br />its adoption.
<br />WIIEREAS, The Moxey Realty Company has this day presented to the Board of Trustees of
<br />the. Town of Redwood City ,a certain map entitled, "Map of Resubdivision of Lot 25 of Wooster,
<br />Whitton &:Montgomery Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm°,ihnd said map being prepared
<br />in all respects as required, by law, now
<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following named street ,upon said map delineated and
<br />set forth ,to -wit: Junipero street be and. the same is hereby accepted on behalf of the Pub-
<br />lic by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood CitY,as dedicated to public use; .and
<br />the Clerk of the Board is directed to endorse :upon said map, said acceptance;
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this .resolution be adopted and said map accepted, upon
<br />and subject to the express condition that the Town of Redwood City does not hereby become.
<br />responsible or liable for any cost charge or expense either for grading,macadamizing or
<br />for any other road purpose,as to said street,this condition as to the incurring of cost,
<br />charge or expense,bein g left to the discretion of future Boards of Trustees; no one of said
<br />Boards of Trustees or any member thereof ,or said Tovm of Redwood City,shali ever be liable
<br />to damage in any sum or amount arising by or through any defect of any kind in said strreet.
