<br />Roll Call. Present Trustees Presid.ent Geo.A.Merrill, Carl Beeger, Rob't Brown,E.H.
<br />Sampson. Town C1erk,G.C.Plump. Absent Trustees C.J.Hynding.
<br />On motion of Trustee BPown,seconded by Trustee Sampson,reading of minutes were post-
<br />poned until next meeting. Motion carried.
<br />United Gas and Electric Co. ,request permission to open Hopkins Avenue from�Hudson to
<br />Jeter Street,for the purpose of laying gas mains.
<br />Trustee Brown,seoonded by Trustee Sampson,moved permission be granted. Motion carried.
<br />United Gas and Electric Co. request permission to open Fulton Street from Hopkins Ave-
<br />nue to Whipple Avenue,for purpose of laying gas mains.
<br />Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Bro`wn,moved that the Clerk notifY Company that'on
<br />all new improved streets all gas mains and other pipes must be laid on each side of street
<br />between curb and sidewalk. Motion carried.
