<br />Roll Call. Present Trust ees,President Geo.A.uerrill, Carl Beeger,RobIt Brown,C.J.Hyn_

<br />Minutes of meeting November 21,1910,read and approved.
<br />Mr Fee addressedlthe Board and presented a petition of property owners relative to the
<br />closing of McKinley Avenue and portions of Davis, Cleveland, Blaine and Adams streets. rlL
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Beeg'er,moved petition be received and placed on file
<br />and City Attorney instructed to prepare resolution vacating streets mentioned., Notion car-
<br />ried.
<br />Communication from United Gas and Electric Company granting permission to install,in
<br />their sub-stationra box or post of fire alarm system.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved same be received and filed. and thanks
<br />of Board"be extended to the Company. Motion carried.
<br />Report of Dr.A.Myles Taylor,representative of the Town at the League of"California
<br />Municipalities Convention, relative to the Board of Health pro-ceedings,was on motion of
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Beeger received and filed.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that the matter of compensation of
<br />Health Officer be referred' to Committee on Public Health. Motion carried.
<br />Albert ldansfleld,City Attorney,who represented the Town at the Convention of League of
<br />California Municipalities at San Diego,presented a typewritten report to each member of the
<br />Board.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that a joint meeting of the Aoard azld
<br />Fire Department Delegate be held on 11onday,December 12,1910,at 7:30 p.m -,to elect officers
<br />of the Fire Department for the ensuing year. Motion carried.
<br />Claim No.334 of UeGarvey,Hess & Kreiss,for Macadamizing Grand, Hudson, Iris, Jet er,King,
<br />Lollfell,.Myrtle and Nevada St from Hopkins Ave to Whipple Road,in District No. 14,Dingee
<br />Park, 191390 Sq feet ® 5 3/5¢ per sq foot..................................010157.811-,
<br />was approved by the Finance Committee.
<br />Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Hyndin(„moved that in consideration of there being
<br />no objections by the public to the acceptance of said work,same be accepted and warrant
<br />drawn on District No. 14 Fund in payment of same. Motion carried by the following vote:
<br />Ayes Trustees, Beeger,Brown,Hynding,Sampson,Merrill,
<br />Noes Trustees, None. Absent Truste.es,None.
<br />City Attorney presented deed from Johanna Offermann to the Town of Redwood City Of a
<br />certain strip of land required for Extension of Phelps Street.
<br />Trustee Brown,secondod by Trustee Hynding,moved said deed be accepted and Clerk be in-
<br />structed to draw warrant -on Extension of Phelps Street Fund to the amount of #5000.00"the
<br />consideration mentioned in the deed,in favor of Mrs Johanna Offermann. Motion carried by
<br />the following vote:
