<br />Trustee Brown.presented the following resolution and moved its adoption:
<br />Whereas Johanna Offermann has this day presented a deed to the Town of Redwood City
<br />for a portion of the land required for the Phelps street Extension;
<br />And whereas there is upon rhe property conveyed in said deed certain improvements;
<br />Novi therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood Clty,that
<br />as a part consideration for said deed the said Johanna Offermann be and* *she is given all
<br />of the improvements situated upon said property so deeded by her to the said Town of Red-
<br />wood CitY,with the understanding that she remove or cause said improvements to be moved
<br />within 30 days.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees Of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said Board held on the 5th day of December, 1910,by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the- passage, of said resolution, .Trustees,
<br />_Beeper, Brown, HYnding, Sampson, Merrill.
<br />Noes and against the passage of said resolution, Trustees,
<br />None.
<br />Absent, Trustees, None.

<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved that the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to present maps and drawings of Block ll,Eastern Addition to Town of Redwood City. Notion
<br />carried.
<br />Superintendent of Streets was instructed to have necessary pipes for connecting meters
<br />at school Houses laid.
<br />'The matter of .planting trees on Arguello Street was'discussed,and the same was referred
<br />to Geo.Kreiss,a resident on said street,who is to take the matter up with property. owners.
<br />The matter of purchasing Red Cross stamps was referred to the Finance Committee.
<br />Trustee Sampson, seconded. by Trustee HYnding,moved the introduction of Ordinance No. 99,
<br />an Ordinance regulating the use of lift bridge on East Bradford Street. Motion carried.
