Present Trustees President Geo.A..uerrill,RObt Brown,C.J.Hynding,E.H.Samp_ <br />son. flown Clerk,G.G.Plump. Absent Trustee Carl Beefier. <br />Trustee Hynding) seconded by Trustee sampson,moved that the Application of Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company for permission to hang transformer on Town poles on County Road, <br />between vera and Lincoln Ave.nues,be granted. Motion carried. <br />Trustee Hynding seconded by Trustee Brown moved that the City Attorney be instructed <br />to begin legal proceedings against the Brown Estate,on Jackson Street between Franklin <br />and Railroad Avenue,in the matter of the construction of cement walk,and to notify other <br />property owners in other parts of Town to construct sidewalks. Motion carried. <br />Trustee Hynding presented the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, Jennie Robertson and A.M.Robertson (her husband) have this day presented <br />to the gown of Redwood City a certain deed conveying -land fronting on Jefferson Avenue in <br />said Tovm a portion of which land is to be used for the extension of Phelps Street; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood0lty that <br />said deed be,and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk of this Board is hereby ordered <br />to draw a warrant in favor of Jennie Robertson for the sum of 01660.said sum being the <br />consideration for .said deed. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board or Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 12th day of December,1910,bY the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes. and in favor of the passage of said resolution, Trustees, <br />Brown, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill , <br />Noes and against the passage of said resolution, Trustees, <br />None. <br />Absent, Trustees, Beeger. <br />0 <br />Geo.
