<br />Trustee Hynding moved application be granted,but, there being no second to said motion,
<br />same was lost,anthe Town clerk was directed to notif Y Mr Chatham,that in consideration

<br />of the Town having entered into an exclusive contract for the privilege of removal Of
<br />garbage with Mr Ligouri,which expires .October ,1911,they are not in position to grant any
<br />new contract.

<br />Trustee Hynding presented the following resolution and moved its adoption.
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood CitY,bY resolution passed and

<br />adopted on the �1-6th day of January, 1910, and now on file in the office of the '0]:er2c of said
<br />Town of Redwood CitY,to which reference is hereby made and the same made a part hereof
<br />declare as follows, to -wit:
<br />That the public interest and convenience required that the roadway of certain streets
<br />and portions of streets designated and set forth in said resolution and situate and being
<br />In the Town of Redwood City,State of California,be graded to the official grade for macad-
<br />amizing and be macadamized and oiled, and
<br />VHEREAS, said Board of Trustees,in and by said resolution,did refer to James V.Neunanf
<br />a civil engineer,who was by said resolution employed by said Board of Trustees (thers.be"
<br />ing no cittY or town engineer of and for said Town),the work hereinbefore mentioned and
