<br />NOW THER SORE, be it RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that
<br />the report of said James V.Neuman,the said civil engineer,and the exhibits attached there-

<br />same is,herebY levied and assessed against the' real property contained within the exterior
