And be it further resolved:
<br />1. That the rate of interest to be charged upon deferred payments shall be 7' per
<br />cent per annum.
<br />2. That the time to be allowed upon deferred payments shall be ten years; payments
<br />to be made as follows,to-wit; in equal Yearly installments the first of which shall be pa
<br />at or before the time fixed by the tax collector of the Town of Redwood City for the sale
<br />of the various parcels of land within the hereinafter. described district upon which the
<br />assessments have not been paid,and the others annually thereafter,one each year,at the
<br />time when the first installment of municipal taxes within the said Town of Redwood city id
<br />payable;
<br />3. That the rate -of interest to be allowed 'upon bonds issued to cover deferred pay-
<br />ments shall be 7 per cent per annum;
<br />4. That Monday,the 27th day of February ,1911,at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m.,at the
<br />regular meeting place of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,at the Town
<br />Hall in Said Town of Redwood CitY,be,and'the same are,hereby fixed as the day and hour
<br />When and Where any and all persons may appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause,
<br />If any they have,why said improvements provided for in said resolution should not be car-
<br />ried out in accordance therewith; ,
<br />5. That the time for which bonds issued to cover deferred payments are to run shall
<br />be ten years;
<br />6. That the description of the exterior boundaries of the district declared by the
<br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Re&OOd City to be benefitted by said proposed improve-
<br />ments and assessed to pay the. costs and expenses thereof,is as follows:

<br />Oreek; thence. southerly and along the center of said branch of said Creek to the dividing
<br />line between lots 3 and 5,in block 13,Diller's Addition to the Town of Redwood City; thence

<br />Southeasterly corner of lot 9 of said block 13; thence Southwesterly on and along the south
