U That it is unnecessary to levy an assessment to provide for the proposed work of va_ eating and closing said streets and avenues hereinbefore described,or any part or portion thereof- ; And Notice is hereby given that all persons interested. and objecting to the closing and vacating of said hereinbefore described streets and avenues or any portion or part thereof are hereby notified to rile their objections in writing in the office and with the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City as Clerk of said Board of Trustees of the Town. of Red- wood City,CountY of San Mateo,State of California,as required by law. And the said Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to pub- liskl this resolution of Intention once a week for a period of four weeks 'in the,Redwood City Democrat a weekly newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said Town of Redwood City,as required by law. And the Redwood City Democrat a weekly newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said Town of Redwood City is hereby designated as the paper in Which to pub- lish the notice required by law to be given and published by the Superintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City in relation to said work of improvement hereinabove referred to and described,to-wit: The closing and Vacating as public highways those certain streets and avenues and por- tions thereof in the said Town of Redwood City,County of San Mateo,State of California hereinbefore particularly described. The above and foregoing resolution of intention was passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 23rd day of January,1911,bY the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage Of said resolution, Trustees, Brown, Hynding, Sampson,merr111, Noes and against the passage of said resolution, Trustees, None.
