<br />Minutes of meetings of January 16 and,23,1911,read. Trustee Hynding,seconded by
<br />Trustee Beeger,moved same be approved. Motion carried,
<br />Application of United Gas and Electric Company for permission to use Towns poles on
<br />Roosevelt Avenue to furnish light to J-W.Wallace,
<br />Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding,moved same be granted if same meets with
<br />approval of Town Electrici,an,hSr Werrder. Mgtion carried.
<br />Application of United. Gas and Electric Company for permission to open County Road for
<br />the purpose of laying gas main to residence of Mr Weller.
<br />Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding,moved same be grantdd. Motion carried.
<br />Clerk reported receipt of Pole Map from Pacific Tel. and Tel. Company.
<br />Claim No. 437 of C.W.Melvin,amount ing to 01344.10 for work on storm sewer on County
<br />Road,and being in full payment of said. work.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Beeger,motcd that in consideration of the cancell-
<br />ing of said contract by contractor,Mr Melvin,claim be allowed and warrant drawn on Storm
<br />Sewer Fund for payment of claim. Motion carried by the followi0g vote:
<br />Ayes Trustees, Beeger, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill.

<br />Health Officer,Ar J.L.Ross,reported complete set of books for his office.
<br />City Attorney ,and Superintendent of Stfeets.were directed to report at next meeting of
<br />Board on the matter of sidewalks on property of Mrs S.B.Gllbert and all others in various
<br />parts ,of Town.
<br />Trustee Sampson,second.ed by Trustee Hynding1moved the introduction of Ordinance No. 101
<br />an Ordinance regulating plumbing in the Town of Redwood,'City,and the, inspection of same.
<br />Motion carried.
