Town Clerk, G.C.Plump. <br />Absent Trustee 9arl.Beegen.. <br />Communication from F.P.Kearse relative to culvert to be placed on Buckeye Street,under <br />Stauffer Chemical Company's track,.. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Sampson,moved same be received and filed. Mo- <br />tion carried. President Merrill is to take up matter of culvert with Railroad Company. <br />Report of Bruno Heyman ,Engineer ,on the Water question was read. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved same be received and filed,and the <br />Clerk Was directed to have extra typewritten .copies of report made. Motion carried. <br />Ordinance No. 103. <br />An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 40,passed and adopted January 31 1903. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded 'by Trustee Brown,moved same be adopted. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: rr <br />Ayes Trustees, Brown, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill. <br />Noes Trustees, None. <br />Absent Trustees, Carl Beeger. <br />Said Ordinance is recorded in Ordinance Book No. 2, page 75. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that the hearing in the matter of <br />proposed street work in Street Improvement District No. 15,be continued to Monday,March 20 <br />1911,at 7:30 P.M. Motion carried. <br />The new contract between the Town of Redwood City and the Redwood City Water Company <br />was discussed with Mr Lovie of the Water Company,after several changes to be made in the <br />contract*the matter was laid over for final consideration at a later meeting of the Board. <br />N <br />Trustee Brown,secondod by Trustee HYnding,moved to adjourn.
