Present Trustees, President Geo.A.Merrill,Roblt Brown, C.J.I1Vnding, E.H. <br />Sampson. Town Clerk, G.a.PlumP- <br />Absent Trustee, Carl Beeger. . <br />Minutes of meetings held February 20-22,1911,read.. Trustee Hynding,seconded by <br />Trustee Brown,moved same be approved. Motion carried. <br />Application of Daniel Flynn and D.B.Limbaugh,for a Class A Liquor License accompanied <br />by affidavit Of publication. <br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown,moved same be referred to Committee on, <br />Public Health and Morals. Motion carried. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that the Clerk be instructed to in- <br />vite competitive designs according to plans submitted by committee. Motion carried. <br />Ordinance No. 104. <br />Trustee Sampson, seconded by Truatee Hynding,moved the Introduction of Ordinance No. <br />104. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 102,relative to sanitariums. Motion carried. <br />Trustee Hynding presented the following resolution. and moved Its adoption. <br />WHEREAS the Tacoma Mill company,a corporation, S.H.Frank & 00.,a corporation and <br />William Holder of Redwood City have heretofore deeded to the Town of Redwood City certain <br />real property to be used for the extension of Holder street in said Town of Redwood City,;. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT..RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City <br />that the following described property,deeded to said Town of Redwood City'by TACOMA MILL <br />00MPANY by a deed dated September 2$th9 1910,which said deed was, recorded on the 4th day <br />of January,1911,in Volume 195 of Deeds at page 21 San Mateo County Records,to-wit: <br />Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Main Street in the said Town of Redwood City, <br />distant thereon,north three degrees and thirty minutes west,682.38 feet from the point of <br />intersection of the northerly line of Broadway in said Town of Redwood City and the said <br />westerly line of the said Main street,thence north three degrees and thirty minutes west, <br />33.34 feet along said westerly line of Main street to a point where said westerly line of <br />Main street intersects the Pulgas Ranch line,thence along said Ranch line north 59 de$rees <br />west,$0.57 feet to a point,thence westerly to a point on the easterly line of t4jghington <br />street in said Town of Redwood City,where the northerly line of East Bradford street in <br />said Town of Redwood City intersects the said easterly line of said Washington street, <br />thence south eighty feet more or less to a point where the easterly line of Washington <br />street intersects the south line of the said East Bradford street,thence east to the point <br />of beginning. <br />And the following described property,deeded to the Town of Redwood City by S.H.Franx <br />& 00. by a deed May the 11th,1910,which deed was recorded on the 4th day of JanuarY919119 <br />in Volume 195 of Deeds at page 26,Records of San Mateo County, to -wit: <br />Beginning at a point where the dividing line between the property of Wm.Holder and <br />S.H.Frank & Co. intersects the northerly line of Holder street; thence N. 81° 30" E• along <br />
