N <br />a <br />a,q!€ <br />151 <br />1u <br />'.. 8 <br />At the intersection of Maple Street and spring Street; <br />At the intersection of Maple Street and Hilton Street; <br />At the intersection of Maple Street and Stambaugh Street; <br />At the intersection of Maple Street and Phelps Street; <br />At the intersection of Heller Street and Beech -Street; <br />At the intersection of Helier Street and Chestnut Street; <br />Resolved, that it is proposed: by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City to <br />order all of said herebefore mentioned work to be done,after receiving recommendations of <br />the civil engineer as to the best method of doing the same; and <br />Resolved, that all of the said hereinbefore mentioned and proposed work be, and the <br />same is, hereby referred to James V. Neuman, a civil, engineer, who is hereby employed by <br />the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,(there being no city or town engineer of <br />or for said Town),for the purpose of doing and performing all acts required of a city en- <br />gineer or civil engineer by the provisions of UThe Local Improvement Act of 1901",and he is <br />hereby instructed to make to said Board of Trustees a report,in writing, containing his <br />recommendations as to the best method of doing all of said work, to which report shall be <br />attached the exhibits referred to in said Act. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting of said Board held on the 6th day of March,1911,by the following vote= <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage Qf said resolution, Trustees - <br />Brown, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill. <br />Noes and against the passage of said resolution, Trustees - <br />None, <br />Absent, Trustees Carl Beeger. <br />Geo, A.
