I <br />Ii <br />whereas, the conditions have materially changed under which that certain agreement <br />was entered into between the Town of Redwood City as the party of the first part and the <br />Redwood City Water Company,the party of the second part ,dated June fifth 1905, and <br />whereas, it is deemed abvisable that said agreement be abrogated and that a new agree -1 <br />ment be entered into with said Town, now therefore be it <br />Resolved; That said old agreement be and the same is hereby abrogated and cancelled <br />as of the date of March 6th.19111 and that the new agreement for the supplying of water <br />to said Town which was accepted by the Board of Trustees on March 6th.1911, to run for <br />ten years from March lst,1911,be and the same is hereby accepted and the terms thereof <br />approved,the President and Secretary of this corporation are hereby directed to execute <br />the same under its corporate seal. <br />I, Geo. W.Lovle,Secretary of the Redwood City Nater Company,do hereby certify that <br />the foregoing is an acurate copy of a resolution unanimously adopted at a called meeting <br />of the Directors of said company held March 7th.1911,a.t which all of the Directors thereof <br />were present, <br />(Seal,Redwood City ) <br />(water Company. ) <br />0 <br />Geo .W.Lovie, <br />Secretary. <br />The matter of the Tax Book receipts was referred to Trustee Brown and the City Clerk. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved to adjourn.
