Motion carried. <br />Application of B.E.Myers,representing BOY'S Club ,for permission to use room formerly <br />used by County Supervisors in old school house building property of town. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded-by Trustee Sampson,moved permission be granted. Motion car - <br />tied. <br />Petition of several• property owners on oak Avenue to have said street macadamized. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that the Clerk notify petitioners the <br />Board of Trustees would commence proceedings to have said work done,provided property <br />owners would put up guarantee bond to cover Engineering expenses,and preliminary expenses. <br />Motion carried. <br />Petition of Charles Lorton to be appointed assistant Nightwatehman. <br />Trustee Sampson, seconded. by Trustee Brown,moved Mr Lorton be appointed assistant night- <br />watchman without pay from Torm,he to get his fee from public subscription,as the Town fi- <br />nances did not justify the expenditure at this timAt. Motion carried. <br />The matter of notifying all property owners -in various parts of town to.have cement <br />+ curbs constructed on all streets to be macadamized,in proposed Districts 15-16..179was re- <br />ferred to the City Attorney to notify. Motion carried. ° <br />Trustee Beeger presented the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />Resolved bY.the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the follow- <br />ing specifications for Corrosion Tests be adopted and known as the Redwood City SPecifi- <br />cations for Corrosion Tests. <br />Specifications. <br />1' SamPles shall be cut from sheets selected from the material to be used,and both sheets <br />
