■. <br />® . <br />WHEREAS, after the passage of said resolution last herein mentioned,there were con- <br />spicuously Posted in three of the most public places within the Town of Redwood Oity,and <br />also along the street frontages of all the real property within said distvict,at not more <br />than 100 feet in distance apart, Notices of the hearing provided for in said resolution, <br />Which said notices were headed "Notice of Local improvement" pin letters of not less than <br />one inch in length,and in legible characters stating the fact of the passage of said reso- <br />lution and briefly describing the work proposed,and referred to said resolution for further <br />particulars; said Notices also stated the day and hour and place for which said: hearing <br />had b een fixed; and did notify all parties interested in any real estate within the limits <br />of said district then and there to show cause,if any they have why the said improvements <br />provided for in said resolution should not be carried out in accordance therewith; said <br />notices also contained a description of the exterior boundaries of the district covered by <br />said resolution,vthich said description was in bold face type; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears to said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that said <br />notices were posted and published as required by law and the provisions of "The Local Im- <br />provement Act of 1901"; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been filed this day with the Board of Trustees of the Town of Red- <br />wood City affidavits showing due posting and publishing of said notice; and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,before proceeding with said <br />hearing,did enter upon the minutes of its meeting an order reciting that notice of said <br />hearing had been posted and published according to law; and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did thereupon proceed with <br />said hearing,and no objection having been made or filed with the Clerk of the municipality <br />or Town of Redwood City,and said matter having been here and how fully heard and duly con- <br />sidered by said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that <br />the resolution hereinbefore mentioned and passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of <br />the Town of Redwood City on the 23rd day of January,1911, and being the. resolution provided <br />for in section 5 of "The Local Improvement Act of 1901",be, and the same is, hereby COn- <br />firmed. <br />Y <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting of, said -Board held on thb 20th dal* of xarch,l911, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of said resolution, Trustees, <br />Beeger, Brown, Hyndi rSanpson,•Merrill. <br />Noes and against the passage of said resolution, Trustees <br />None. <br />Absent, Trustees, None. <br />X Attest: <br />- <br />G.
