I <br />am <br />the owner in fee <br />of said land. Said land is included in assessment district No. 16 and is <br />assessed <br />for the <br />purpose of 'paying the cost of improving. Main street from the.northerly line <br />of the asphalt <br />pavement on said jdain street to the southerly line of the roadway of Holder <br />street.. The <br />material to be used. in the improvement of said Main street ,is to be macadam <br />and, oil accord- <br />sd with <br />in K to the report .of the engineer's now on file with the. Clerk. of the Town <br />of Redwood City., <br />The parcel of land of which I am the owner is described as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at <br />a point on the easterly line of Main street distant thereon 118' southerlY from the point <br />of intersection of the easterly line of Main street with the southerly line <br />of Holder streeti; <br />Main <br />thence at right angles easterly 130'; thence at right angles southerly 501;' <br />thence at right <br />ie own- <br />• . <br />angles westerly 130' to the easterly line of Main street; thence at right' angles northerly <br />assess - <br />along the easterly line of Main street 50' to the point of beginning.. I object to having Main street included <br />in said•dis- <br />:adam <br />' <br />trict for the reason that a macadamized street made with macadam and oil is <br />not a suitable <br />of the <br />• <br />street material nor street construction for said Main street. I. am desirous of having a <br />>110ws , . <br />better and more permanent pavement built on Main street., Therefore I kindly ask the Board <br />south• - <br />of Trustees to exclude Main street from the assessment district now under discussion.
