249 Said application also asks that the,said right, privilege and franchise be granted by said Board of Trustees to permit and authorize the operation upon said*streets, roads, eve nues and high -ways for the period of time aforesaid, a street rail -road of standard gauge and width, to -wit, Four (4) feet eight and one-half ( 8 1/2) inehPR with (except as hereinafter provided otherwise), and necessary turn -outs, together with all necessary switches, curves, connections, poles, wires and other appliances and appurten- ances that may be necessary for the construction and maintenance of a complete connected rail -road system. And said application also asks that.said right, privilege and franchise permit said rail -road to be constructed and maintained upon said streets, roads, avenues and high -ways so that there will be a distance of Five (;5) feet six and one-fourth .(6 1/4) inches from the center line of each track to the center line of said streets, roads, avenues and high- ways, and to be placed in Buch portions and parts of said streets, roads, -avenues and high -ways as may be provided for in and by said franchise, -right and privilege. Also commencing at the intersection of YOUnd Street and Chestnut Street, and connect - Ing with the tracks on bound street; thence Northerly along said Chestnut street to the �.
