M <br />Notice..is further hereby given that the successful bidder for said right, privilege <br />and franchise shall within Five (5) days atter said right, privilege and franchise shall <br />have been struck off, sold and awarded, file a bond running to said Town of Redwood City, <br />with at least Two ( 2) good and sufficient sureties to be approved by the Board of Trustees <br />of said Town of Redwood City, in the penal sum of Five Hundred Dollars, conditioned that <br />such bidder shall well!. and truly, observe, fulfill and perform each and every term and con - <br />dation of : said right , privilege. and franchise, and that in case of any breach of con- <br />dition of said bond, the whole amount of the penal stmt therein named Shall be taken and <br />deemed to be liquidated damages, and shall be recoverable from the.principal and sureties <br />upon said bond. <br />Reference is hereby made for 'further particulars to the application of said Edw. Pi <br />Fitzpatrick, for the grant of a certain right, privilege and franchise hereinbefore men - <br />tinned, filed with the Clerk of said Board of Trustees, April 17th, 1911, to the order <br />and resolution of said Board of Trustees adopted and passed on the 24th day of.April, 1911, <br />declaring its intention to grant said right, privilege, and franchise, and directing the <br />publication of this notice, which said order and resolution is now on file in the office <br />of the Clerk of said Board of Trustees, and of said Town of Redwood City. <br />And reference is hereby further made to the said Act of Legislature and the amend- <br />ments to s'a1d,Act hereinbefore specially referred to and mentioned. <br />By order. of .the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, in the County of San <br />Mateo, state of California, made the 24th day of April, 19119 <br />0. 0.
