<br />Trustee Hynding presented the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City: did on the 17th. day o

<br />April, 19119 receive a number of sets of plans and designs for the new Town Hall to be

<br />erected by and for said Town, according to a Notice to Architects calling for the submisslor.

<br />of such plans and designs; and
<br />Whereas said Board of Trustees have fully considered said plans and designs as sub-
<br />-
<br />mitted by the various competitors; and
<br />-
<br />Whereas this is the day set for said Board of Trustees to make their selection from
<br />among said submitted plans and designs; and
<br />�.
<br />Whereas, the exterior design submitted by E. P. Antonovich is by said Board of Trustees
<br />adjudged to be the most satisfactory and acceptable for the exterior design of said Town
<br />I
<br />Hall; and
<br />Whereas the floor plans submitted by Thos. M. Edwards are by said Board of Trustees
<br />adjudged to be the most satisfactory and acceptable floor plans for said Town Hall;

<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Town of Redwood City that

<br />the design submitted by said E. P. Antonovich be adopted by this Board of Trustees as the
<br />design for the new Town Hall to be erected by and for said Town of Redwood City.

<br />And be it further resolved that said E. P. Antonovich be and he is hereby ordered to
<br />submit working drawings and specifications as provided in said Notice to Architects; pro-
<br />vided, however, that he shall: use therefor the floor plans submitted by said Thos. M• Epi
<br />`-
<br />wards, and provided further that in case this award is made final,as provided in Section
<br />Ten (10) of said Notice to Architects, then the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
<br />f;
<br />only shall be allowed and paid to said E. F. Antonovich as full payment for his design,snd
