<br />Minutes of meeting Oct -4,1909 were read. Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Browm,
<br />moved that same be approved as read. Motion carried by the following vote.

<br />seconded. by Trustee Brown ,moved that Application of Mrs C.Ayres,could not be received on
<br />account of error in preparation of Bonds and Application. Motion carried,

<br />Communication frau State Controller A.B.Nye relative to Municipal Statistics was re-
<br />ferrel to City Attorney to compile same. -
<br />Clerk reports receiptwof Bond of G.J.Ligouri,approved by President of Board,in the
<br />matter of collection of garbage etc., Trustee Brown,seconded by Trustee Rice,moved that
<br />same be received and filed. Motion carried,
