<br />In the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />October 18th,1909.
<br />This being the day,hour and place heretofore fixed by the board of trustees of the
<br />town of Redwood City 'when and where all persons may appear before said board of trustees
<br />and show cause,if any they have,why the improvements provided for by-resolut ions hereto-
<br />fore adopted by this•board,in what is known as Assessment District No. 13,should not be
<br />proceeded with,and affidavits of posting and publishing having been filed with this board,
<br />and which are now on file and to which reference is hereby made,and it appearing to said
<br />board of trustees that notice of said hearing has been conspicuously posted in more than
<br />three of the most public places within the municipality of Redwood Oity,and along the
<br />street frontages of all the real property within said district ,and •at- not more than 100
<br />feet in distance apart and that said notices were posted at least 20 days before -this
<br />day,being the time set for said heailitg,and that said notices have been published twice
<br />In the Redwood City Democrat,a newspaper of general circulation published within the muni-
<br />cipality of Redwood CitY,(being the•municipality in which the improvements heretofore re-
<br />ferred to are to be made),and that said publication was made at least ten days before
<br />this day,the date of said hearing,and it appearing that said notices have been posted and
<br />published in all respects as required by law,
<br />Now Therefore,it is Ordered by said board of trustees of said town and municipality
<br />of Redwood City that notices of said hearing have been •Posted and published in all re-
<br />spects according to law,
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town Of Redwood CitY,this 18th day

<br />t(*M of Redwood O1tY,to which reference is hereby made and the same made a part hereof,
<br />did declare as follows,to-wit:,
<br />1. That the public interest and convenience required that the roadway of certain
<br />streets and portions of streets designatedd and set forth in said resolution and situate
<br />and being in what is commonly known as Dingee Park,in the town Of Redwood City,atate of
<br />Oalifornia,as laid down.and delineated on the map of Re -subdivision of Dingee Park filed
